Future Resident, Thank you for your interest in a Wagenbrenner managed property. Please understand that all application fees are nonrefundable. Unfortunately, this includes times when applicants don’t meet selection criteria. In the event that our managers receive more than one application for the same property, they will run the application in the order in which they are received. Property Managers will not run any subsequent applications until they determined that the prior application has been denied. When an application is accepted any subsequent application fees will be returned. Please allow up to 30 days processing for any returned application fees.
