He resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his wife, Elizabeth, and their four children, Ryan, Madeline, Henry and Grace. Jeff is an active parishioner at Saint Agatha Church. Jeff is also a volunteer youth football, baseball and basketball coach.. Having been involved in real estate since 2002 as an owner/restorer of properties, Josh became a professional real estate agent in the spring of 2017. With a wealth of knowledge of what it takes to be successful in real estate, he brings to his clients an understanding of the “ups and downs” of becoming a homeowner. Josh also knows the area well; he graduated from Upper Arlington High School in 1992 and has called Central Ohio home for much of his life. About Evan

Evan has lived in Columbus for nearly 20 years. She is familiar with Central Ohio’s neighborhoods and is excited to work with clients to find their perfect home with their best interests in mind.

Evan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Franklin University in 2008. She studied real estate at Hondros College, receiving her license in 2017.

Gina Sprouse came to Wagenbrenner Management in 2014 from one of Columbus’s largest property management groups, bringing her knowledge of the Columbus and surrounding area markets with her.  Starting out as Property Manager in our scattered site division, Gina obtained her Certified Apartment Manager credential (CAM) and continues to participate in continuing education to keep current with all of the industry changes. In her current role as Senior Property Manager, Gina oversees the day to day operations of our scattered site management and apartment communities as well as providing direction and support to her team.

About Kevin

Kevin Lacy came to Wagenbrenner Professional Real Estate Services after working with Aquaduct Heating and Cooling. He was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in 2007. His job responsibilities include overseeing unit turns and tenant improvement projects, scheduling and staffing maintenance personnel, overseeing the company’s 24-hour maintenance, and quality control.

Jeff Wagenbrenner is the third generation of his family who has owned, operated, and brokered real estate in the Columbus Area. He has been a licensed agent/broker since 2001. Jeff oversees the day-to-day operations of the management team and helps form the company’s strategic direction.

He also owns and operates the Wagenbrenner Professional Real Estate Services , an entity dedicated to single-family sales.

Jeff has repositioned and developed several investment properties throughout Columbus highlighted by The Windsor, Star King, and The Quinn in the Grandview Heights area.
