We’ll take the stress of finding and screening tenants off your shoulders. We’ll advertise openings at your property for you and we’ll carefully screen prospective tenants before leasing to them. We’ll also handle the day-to-day collection of rent and we’ll ensure that we have a new tenant lined up as soon as a current lease expires.
