About Gina

Gina Sprouse came to Wagenbrenner Management in 2014 from one of Columbus’s largest property management groups, bringing her knowledge of the Columbus and surrounding area markets with her. Starting out as Property Manager in our scattered site division, Gina obtained her Certified Apartment Manager credential (CAM) and continues to participate in continuing education to keep current with all of the industry changes. In her current role as Senior Property Manager, Gina oversees the day to day operations of our scattered site management and apartment communities as well as providing direction and support to her team.

Unfortunately, this includes times when applicants don’t meet selection criteria. In the event that our managers receive more than one application for the same property, they will run the application in the order in which they are received. Property Managers will not run any subsequent applications until they determined that the prior application has been denied. When an application is accepted any subsequent application fees will be returned. Please allow up to 30 days processing for any returned application fees.
